Joining the YMCA
I just recently joined the YMCA here in Murfreesboro and I am enjoying the benefits they offer. I try to work out at least every day and love the atmosphere there. The facility is nice and clean. The cardio area is fun and some of the equipment have TVs on them for you to enjoy your favorite show. They also offer alot of great classes throughout the day, like pilates, boot camp class, aerobics and many more. The facility also has a daycare for you to leave your children while you workout. There is also a sauna, a pool indoor and outdoor, basketball court, racketball court, and programs for the children to be active in. So if anyone was looking for a great place to start working out I highly recommend going by and checking it out.

I am very curious about YMCA. Having heard so much great comments from friends about it, I am beginning to wonder if I'd be better off switching from MTSU's rec center to YMCA. I just run on the treadmill and swim a little. To me, regular working out is like meals and water. It's one of only a few things you truly can not do without.
By the way, how do you like your part time job at the pharmacist's? What do you do there? Any stress? Does that experience make you want to go to a pharmacy school after this degree? I'm curious because my wife used to be a phamacist in Taiwan.
